Following the evening qualifying session, track action resumed for the Ferrari 296 LMGT3s during the cooler late hours, with the second free practice held from 10 p.m. to midnight on Wednesday, 11 June. Air temperatures ranged between 26°C and 24°C. The fastest of the five Maranello cars on track was the number 57 Kessel Racing entry, crewed by Takeshi Kimura, Casper Stevenson and official driver Daniel Serra, who recorded a time of 3’56”594 (fourth). On the in-lap at the end of the session, the car was involved in a collision with a Hypercar, requiring the marshals to intervene and recover the vehicle to the pits.
The number 21 Vista AF Corse Ferrari turned in the seventh-fastest time of 3’57”013 with François Heriau, Simon Mann and official driver Alessio Rovera behind the wheel. Not far behind, in ninth place with a time of 3’57”288, was the second Vista AF Corse entry, the number 54 driven by Thomas Flohr, Francesco Castellacci, and official driver Davide Rigon. Close behind them, the number 193 Ferrari of Ziggo Sport Tempesta, featuring Jonathan Hui, Christopher Froggatt and Eddie Cheever III, posted a time of 3’57”370.
The number 150 Ferrari of Richard Mille AF Corse, crewed by Custodio Toledo, Riccardo Agostini and official driver Lilou Wadoux, set the 15th-fastest time.
