In the final ranking of the Qatar 1812 KM, round one of the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship, the Ferrari – AF Corse team’s 499Ps, numbers 50 and 51, finished in sixth and 12th place, respectively.

The Maranello manufacturer’s official Hypercars moved up a further position – after the penalty incurred by the Peugeot number 93, already announced a few hours after the end of the race – following the Cadillac number 2’s disqualification for a breach of the technical regulations, communicated by the FIA and ACO today. The American team’s car had passed under the chequered flag in fourth place.

As a result, AF Corse’s Ferrari number 83, initially fifth across the finish line, also advanced a place, concluding the Middle East race in fourth position overall.
